We deliver EcoLayer products across India through trusted transporters, logistics companies, and courier partners depending on the product size, weight, and destination.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation or as per agreed business terms.
- Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
- Bulk and custom orders may require additional processing time.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- West Bengal & Nearby States: 2–5 business days
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Locations Across India: 5–15 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on transportation routes, weather conditions, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Order quantity
- Product dimensions and weight
- Mode of transport selected
Shipping costs will be communicated before dispatch whenever applicable.
5. Large & Heavy Orders
EcoLayer boards and building materials are heavy industrial products. Such orders are generally transported through:
- Surface transport
- Freight carriers
- Logistics partners
Customers may be contacted before dispatch to coordinate unloading arrangements where required.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details or transporter information will be shared whenever available.
7. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery.

Please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact EcoLayer Industries within 24 hours with photographs of the shipment.
